Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Aldyn Richmond, including but not limited to those provided under the business name "Art and Intuition with Aldyn Elizabeth," as well as any affiliated projects, websites, and representatives ("we," "our," or "us"). By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services

All creative services, including but not limited to artwork, framing coordination, restoration, consulting, coaching, and design, will be clearly discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Any changes to the scope of work may result in revised pricing.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are nonrefundable, including deposits and any fees paid in advance. Payments secure time, labor, and materials and are not dependent on project completion or delivery if services are canceled.

If services are refused or discontinued by Aldyn Richmond or any affiliates for any reason, including inappropriate conduct, breach of agreement, or other professional concerns, no refund will be issued for any amount already paid. Additional charges may be applied for coordination, meetings, travel, or storage.

3. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at any time, especially in cases of disrespectful behavior, boundary violations, or unreasonable demands. In such cases, the client remains responsible for all work completed to date.

4. Property Handling & Liability

Clients are responsible for their personal property. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items while in transit or on our premises. Clients are advised not to send additional items without prior agreement.

5. Pickup and Delivery

All pickup and delivery arrangements must be agreed upon in advance. If an assistant or third party is designated to handle pickup or delivery, we will coordinate to ensure a smooth exchange. Once a pickup time is confirmed, the client is expected to adhere to it.

6. Communication & Scheduling

Email is the primary method of communication for project updates and coordination. We do not guarantee availability for text or phone conversations unless prearranged. Meeting times must be confirmed in advance and may be subject to availability.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and creative work remain the intellectual property of Aldyn Richmond unless explicitly transferred in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
